Elaine La Roche
Board Director
Elaine currently serves as an independent director of China Construction Bank and sits on its Audit, Nomination and Strategy committees. Previous to this, she had a long and successful career with Morgan Stanley and, from February 1998 to June 2000, Elaine served as the CEO of China International Capital Corporation, China's first joint venture investment bank in which Morgan Stanley is a primary shareholder.
Elaine is also non-executive Chairman of the Board of Linktone, a wireless value added service corporation headquartered in Shanghai, and a visiting professor in the International MBA and Executive MBA programs at Beijing University
Peter Yates

Peter is Managing Director of Allco Equity Partners Limited and CEO of the Manager of AEP. Previously, Peter was CEO of Publishing and Broadcasting Limited. He has worked in the Investment Banking industry, including 15 years with Macquarie Bank. Peter has also worked for Morgan Stanley in Australia and Booz Allen Hamilton in Tokyo. Peter holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce from the University of Melbourne, and a Masters degree from Stanford University Business School.
James Kynge

James is the Pearson Group's chief representative in China. He speaks Mandarin fluently and has visited every Chinese province, working in China for 14 of the last 25 years. He currently lives in Beijing. A recipient of several journalism awards, he was the China Bureau Chief for the Financial Times for seven years until 2005. In October 2006 James won the Financial Times & Goldman Sachs Business Book of the Year Award for his best seller 'China Shakes the World'.
